They call for our attention to disappearing cultures in a specific time and space. Every single old building has its own identity and contains stories of the daily lives of the families and individuals who occupied it. Some of these buildings have been taken down and slowly replaced by massive buildings with a repetitive multiplying outlook essentially lacking.
